"Wow! First let me tell you that I am not being paid for this endorsement. Let me start by saying I was "searching" for the perfect pre owned BMW and was prepared to go cross country to get it. Then I found it...and it was in my back yard. But...I almost couldn't believe it and I was actually skeptical that it was at BFM. Why not at a major BMW dealer? Why at BFM? I live on the Cape and it takes a lot to get me off Cape on a weekend (probably because I commute 150 miles a day off cape)...anyway - I spoke to Milad and asked about the car and also asked if there was some "room" in the price... he promised he would work with me. I arrived and there it was - just like he promised. This 2005 330XI was in exactly the condition he advertised. We worked through the trade (by the "book") and while it was a bit off from my expectation, I felt comfortable with the negotiated price on the 330XI and the deal was done - on the spot. Everything as promised. I had to wait a couple of weeks for paperwork, etc and everything promised was delivered...never over promised. Milad is low key and great to deal with. Sean helped me with the test drive...great job...but Milad can get it done..family business...these guys are genuine - the real deal. I wouldn't say this about most major dealers let alone a small shop in Allston. But it is true. Give them a shot if they have what you're looking for. "

"I was a little nervous about buying a car from out of state. I decided to buy a Mercedes C320 from BFM. I also purchased an independent exteneded warranty. A few months after purchase, the car had some transmission problems. The repair bill came to $5600. The warranty company said they would only pay $300. I called Milad and he nogtiated a settlement in which the warranty company agreed to pay all but $1000. Milad himself paid the other $1000. I consider that to be excellent service after the sale!
